We meet the challenges of change

Learning is Communication – a paradigm that hasn’t changed. We need interaction for true learning, grasping and applying concepts, perceiving learning outcomes in terms of their value to society at large. Memorizing facts may be a solitary endeavor – learning is not.

Emerging tele-learning environments call for definitions of learning communities which transcend the “groupies” concept of study mates in schools and universities.

The definitions need also to transcend the current usage of the term: ‘Virtual learning communities’ are strictly defined by the numbers of participants in a course or seminar.

A stable and successful virtual learning community will depend on communication practices that are sensitive and to the point.

We, at cristalla.com, believe that community is based on the quality of communication and are committed to high-level, personalized communication in our programs. Community can only evolve through the individual learner’s experience of his/her own value and contribution to a higher goal.

Focus on universal self-organized learning  and realizing full learning potential will help individuals to develop into confident and contributing members of a new workforce, a new society in a rapidly changing world dictated by the emerging global economy.
